19/02/2020 The Big day has arrived - H W Wilson became a Limited Company 90 years ago today, Thursday 20 February 1930.That was 32,872 days ago and since a lot can happen in one day can you imagine what has happened since this day in 1930? H W Wilson Limited was formed on the same day that the 17th Japanese Election was held and Liverpudlian actor Ken Jones was born. The subsequent 90 years have witnessed critical events, huge drama, monumental change and incredible social upheaval. The company has weathered enormous storms including The Great Depression, a World War, numerous recessions and Britain’s entry into, and departure from, the European Union!And here we are today upholding the same values established by our founder Henry Wilson who strove to provide a quality building service and stay connected with the local community.Below is our Certificate of Incorporation as a Limited Company.
