11/07/2022 What a great night last Friday at the Thurrock Education Awards. Congratulations to all the winners and the nominees. And congratulations to James Powell from East Tilbury Primary School who was named Teacher of the Year – Primary (sponsored by H W Wilson) and Stephen Sanger from Dilkes Academy who won the H W Wilson sponsored Going the Extra Mile (GEM) award. Special thanks to the Mayor of Thurrock (Cllr James Halden) and Cllr Barry Johnson who presented the awards on behalf of H W Wilson.
