''Branching"out in new types of work

19/04/2016 H W Wilson have recently completed some more works at Thurrock Garden Centre. The managers wanted to name specific zones of the new restaurant and in line with 'Woody's Restaurant' and the previous 'Leaf canopy' we created, they chose types of trees as the symbols. It came down to H W Wilson to interpret the architectural design and add our own hint of creativity to provide something that all the staff are extermely pleased with. Using supplied photos and drawings of real leaves as the inspiration, we had large MDF replicas CNC cut, and then painted and finished them to look like the type of leaf they represented. These were then affixed to natural branches salvaged by the client from their own copse of trees on the site, the overall affect adds a splash of colour to the restaurant while giving the practical signage needed. We would like to thank all involved for the opportunity to carry out another interesting and fun project, and for bearing with us during a very busy time of the year. Don’t forget, if you have an unusual design, or a spark of inspiration over a piece of corporate design or piece of furniture, that your not sure someone would be prepared to get involved with, look no further than H W Wilson. With our many years of experience, we have always managed to find solutions to some extremely fun and sometimes frustrating tasks that our clients present us with.
