24/04/2012 H.W.Wilson Limited has successfully completed an
extensive series of Decent Home Refurbishments at over 200 properties. The
works included the installation of brand new kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and
redecoration to improve the housing stock and the lives of local tenants. Since
starting this phase in 2011 we have received over 120 personal letters of
thanks commenting on the excellent workmanship and quality of finish; not to
mention the great attitude and respect that our workmen have for peoples'
homes. A tenant from South Ockendon wrote in to say the workmen's "attitude and
demeanour were first class, they conducted themselves brilliantly. The standard
of work and finishing is faultless. The way each trade worked together was
